President Trump has placed Switzerland on a list of countries with unfair trade practices as the United States focuses on the small nation and seems to imply that tariffs may be enacted against the historically neutral nation.

United States President Trump has managed to piss off Switzerland, of all nations. The United States has recently blacklisted Switzerland for alleged unfair trade practices with the United States. But Switzerland has abolished its industrial tariffs, has no pharmaceutical tariffs, and United States companies can export products to Switzerland without duties being imposed. Switzerland has a history of protesting President Trump and did so during his first term. But we haven't seen significant protests against Trump from Switzerland except the protest below. Switzerland largely is taking a wait and see approach regarding Trump's second term as president of the United States.
